1. We’ve created 20 unique holiday gifts called “Festive Gifts”- one festive gift available each day from 1 December until 20 December, 2011.

2. For every FIVE festive gifts you collect (no restrictions on which five) you receive ONE entry into the prize draw. (At the end of the competition we will divide your TOTAL festive gifts by FIVE to determine how many entries you will receive).

3. Also, collect the whole set of TWENTY festive gifts and you receive TEN additional entries into the prize drawing. No restrictions on the number of full festive gift sets you can receive.

4. The more festive gifts you receive, the more entries you earn, and the greater chance of winning.

5. The competition closes on the 20th of December, 2011 at 7h:00:00 (GMT)

6. The winner of the drawing will be announced publically on December 22, 2011.

TO FIND THE FESTIVE GIFTS:

1.  Feature Phone/Blackberry:  Scroll down to the “Fun Extras” section on the homepage, click “Buy Accessories,” then scroll down to find the xmas gifts and click “buy.”  (Note: these are not in a folder called Festive Gifts.  They’re grouped together with all other gifts.  Only the Festive Gift box gifts are eligible).

2.  iPhone/Android: Go to messages, click on the competition message and at the bottom of the screen you’ll see the gift shop icon.  Click on the icon and you’ll see the “Festive Gift” folder. When you click on the gift you want to buy, you’ll have the option to “Buy it for myself” instead of sending it to another user.

3.  For web:  Go to your profile, click on stats and then click on buy gifts.

Terms & Conditions

1. A message will be sent to the winner of the competition. We must receive the winner’s response by 21 December, 2011 at 7h:00:00 (GMT) 2. Only the unique festive gifts created for this contest are eligible. You can find them in the “Festive Gifts” folder. 3. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on entrants’ request, but in the event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 4. We will ask the winner for their contact details, such as their full name and postal address. Winner must provide this information by 22 December, 2011 at 7h:00:00 (GMT). If the winner does not provide this we will award the prize to the runner up. 5. Best efforts are being made to ensure delivery of prize by 25 December, 2011. However, prizes can take up to 30 days after end date to be dispatched. 6. Flirtomatic reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the contestant has breached any of the rules or altered the results with actions of a non-genuine nature. 7. Any user found to have multiple profiles, whether or not with the intent of affecting the competition, will be disqualified and may be removed from Flirtomatic. 8. Users with a negative balance of credits, or discovered to have an alternative account with a negative balance of credits, are not eligible to win. 9. In a bid to maintain a fair spirit of competition, only one win per calendar month will be accepted per user across all promotions and competitions: a runner up will be selected in the case a repeat win by the same user over a calendar month. 10. If the winner and runner up both prove ineligible for any reason, we will select the next winner of the drawing until we have found an eligible winner. This will cause a delay of delivery of the prize. See #5 above. 11. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. 12. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
