Flirtomatic? What is it?
Yes! Assuming you mean technical problems, we have a support centre set up for you on 1-877-531-9876~(toll~free). The support centre is open during office hours. At all other times, we take messages and get back to you as quickly as we can.
Flirtomatic is basically a great new way to do more flirty stuff. You can use your mobile phone or the web - or both. Either way, Flirtomatic makes it quick and easy to see who's out there, send and receive flirty messages, and chat live.
Who can use Flirtomatic?
Anybody over the age of 18 can be on Flirtomatic.
If you're under 18, were sorry. Hang in there and come back when were ready for you.
On the other hand, if you thought you were washed up and shagged out, heres the good news: theres no upper age limit for Flirtomatic.
Why do you have to be above 18?
Flirtomatic is not what you call an 'adult content' portal, but we want to make sure that when you use this you don't find yourself talking to a fourteen year old messing about
Do I have to prove my age?
In a way, yes you do.
We make it clear that Flirtomatic is for over 18s only. The service is not like a nightclub so we cannot be at the door asking for ID. We can only trust you are telling the truth. However, we are very strict with anyone we suspect is underage.
If you decide that you want to start swapping contact details with another flirt, you will both have to be age verified. We do this through the mobile network operators age verification system. If you need help with this, please contact Flirt Centraland they'll give you further instructions...
What does the gold star on a user's profile mean?
If you see a gold star on a users profile, this means that they have been age verified.
Flirtomatic moderates messages to make sure that certain information is blocked. For example, you may find that when someone who is not age verified tries to send you their contact details, they appear as asterisks. This is our way of protecting you.
If you wish to send users your contact details then youll need to become age verified.
How do I become age verified?
Select the button saying Age Verify me on the right hand side of the front page, as you log in. Youll also find the button in your profile pages under My Stuff.
You'll get a pop up box with some information telling you what to do - youll need to text a word using your mobile phone.
Now you'll receive one of two messages:
1) If you are already age verified with your network operator, we will send you a message informing you that you have been accepted as age verified.
2) If you are not already age verified with your network operator, you will need to contact them directly. You can see the numbers for the network operators further down this page.
If you have to register in-store for any of the operators, you need to present proof of your age (obviously). This can be your passport or drivers license.
Can I use Flirtomatic on the mobile and web?
Yes, of course!
Flirtomatic Web is great for when youre at the office, or at home, and dont want to use your mobile phone. No operator charges will apply, of course.
When youre on the move, Flirtomatic Mobile is always there for chatting, checking your flirts, and basically staying 100 percent Flirtomatic.
You use the same login details for both. If youve started off on the web, follow the mobile links to find out what to do next. If you started off on mobile, enter your login details into the login box and get flirting!
How do I get Flirtomatic on the web?
Want to flirt and flirt now? We have made it just too easy for you.
All you have to do is tell us a couple of things about you and well do the rest. We will generate a profile for you so that you can get in there and start flirting instantly. And weve made it ABSOLUTELY FREE on the web, so you can just get down to it without any other worries...
Dont worry. You are not stuck with the profile we give you; you can change your flirty details straight away. In fact, we suggest you do.
Upload your picture to finish your profile (go to My Stuff). We really recommend you do this. It has been proven that you are 10 times more likely to be flirted with you have got a photo up than if you leave it empty.
How do I get Flirtomatic on my mobile?
For people new to Flirtomatic:
Text FLUSA to 447786200068 (international customers text FLUSA to +447786200068)
(this costs the price of a normal text message). You should receive a text message from us, which will contain a link that will take you to the Flirtomatic WAP registration page (make sure you have your WAP settings set up correctly - if youre unsure, check with your mobile operator).
Answer the few basic questions and you're in! Flirtomatic will have generated a profile for you, so that you can get flirting instantly.
Make sure you bookmark the Main Menu page so that you get back to it easily the next time you want to log in (bookmark this page is an option in your options menu).
Your account name will be your mobile number and well send you your password in a separate SMS. Dont forget to change your profile in My Settings - make it yours. Add a photo by sending an MMS of your face to photos@flirtomatic.com.
For people that already have a Flirtomatic profile (from the web):
Go to Flirtomatic in your WAP browser. Enter your web login details in the space provided and get flirting! You'll find all your conversations, so you can just get going as usual. Don't forget to bookmark the page so that you'll know where to go the next time.
What is a backstage pass?
A backstage pass is an invitation to a flirt to view your private photos and videos. We've given you the option of adding photos that you might want to keep private from the multitudes, but that you'd like to share with your VIP friends. You'll need to go into your photo gallery in your profile to set them as private before they're added into your public gallery.
How do I add photos to my profile?
Well, you have 2 options. You can either use the add a photo button and follow the commands (found in your profile), or you can send us a photo by email or MMS. Send the photo to photos@flirtomatic.com.
If youre sending an MMS from your mobile and its the first time weve encountered your mobile number, we will ask you to confirm some details. So, once weve received your photo, well send you an SMS asking you to reply to our SMS with your account name and password. Send only these details, separated with a space and well be able to allocate it to your account.
If youre sending from email, please make sure you use the email address that you used to sign up to Flirtomatic (otherwise it will get lost).
How do I send an MMS from my phone?
The best thing to do is call your network operator and ask them to send you the settings for MMS.
Once you have the settings set up and saved, take a picture with your phones camera and select the option to send by MMS (or multimedia). In the To field, type the email address photos@flirtomatic.com and send. Your phone will connect (briefly) to the internet and will send us the photo. It will take approximately 24 hours for us to check the photo and make sure the photo is suitable for display...
Do I have to own a mobile phone to use Flirtomatic?
No. Unless you want to stay connected to Flirtomatic 24/7 - you'll need a mobile phone to connect to Flirtomatic Mobile ;)
Do other flirts have access to my mobile number?
No. Flirtomatic keeps all your details safe for you. You may give out your number and any other personal information if you choose (only if you have age verified), but other Flirts will not be able to see it automatically under any circumstances. Please see our safety guidelines before you give out any personal details.
How much does Flirtomatic cost?
Flirtomatic is ABSOLUTELY FREE to use on both web and mobile (data charges may apply for mobile users). This includes all the chat you can manage, searching for matches, looking at photos, rating people and lots more.
If you would like to buy any extras on Flirtomatic, you do this with Flirt Points. Flirt Points are the Flirtomatic currency and you use them to buy virtual gifts, to see 'Who's rated me' and to 'Delete my freak'.
Flirt Points are bought in bundles -
* £ 1.50 buys you 200 Flirt Points
* £ 3.00 buys you 500 Flirt Points
* £ 5.00 buys you 1.000 Flirt Points
You can make a payment by charging it to your mobile phone bill or by credit or debit card.

When you decide to buy Flirt Points by paying on your mobile phone bill, we will attempt to receive payment. If your order is accepted, we will send you a reverse charge text, which will automatically charge you for the points. You won't be able to cancel once we start to action your request.
If you decide to pay by credit or debit card, the name will come up as Handmade Mobile Entertainment Ltd.
If the payment that has been made by mobile bill, credit or debit card is rejected for some reason and you have already spent Flirt Points, you will find yourself in a negative points balance. You will need to make a payment that is accepted by our payment providers in order to spend points once again.
What are Flirt Points?
Flirt Points are the Flirtomatic currency. You can use them to:
* Send other flirts virtual gifts (like a single red rose or a sensual massage)
* See 'Who's rated me'
* 'Delete my freak'

How do I pay when on the web?
If you're on the web and decide to make a payment, you'll have the option of paying using your credit card or on your mobile phone bill.
Paying by credit card - enter all your details in the fields provided. You will see the result of your payment in the tab called 'My Flirt Points' in 'My Stuff'. If you give us the wrong information or you have no money in your account, it will not go through and you'll have to try another method of payment.
Paying by mobile phone - if we have no record of your mobile phone number, we will ask you to send us a text message. Please make sure that you copy the word exactly - do not add your ownnspaces! - and we'll send you a message confirming that the amount has been taken off your mobile phone bill.
If we have a record of your mobile phone number, we will ask you to confirm that you want to make payment. Once you have confirmed, we will send you a message confirming that payment has been made and your mobile phone bill has been charged.
How do I pay when on mobile?
If you're on your mobile and decide to make a payment, you'll have the option of paying using your credit card or on your mobile phone bill.
Paying by credit card - enter all your details in the fields provided. You will receive a flirtogram from us telling you whether your payment was accepted or rejected. If you give us the wrong information or you have no money in your account, it will not go through and you'll have to try another method of payment. This is done over a secure connection.
Paying by mobile phone - if we have no record of your mobile phone number, we will ask you to send us a text message. Please make sure that you copy the word exactly - do not add your own spaces! - and we'll send you a message confirming that the amount has been taken off your mobile phone bill.
If we have a record of your mobile phone number, we will ask you to confirm that you want to make payment. Once you have confirmed, we will send you a message confirming that payment has been made and your mobile phone bill has been charged. The amount is paid only once the text message arrives on your phone. If you get no text message - you will not have paid and you will not get any Flirt Points.
What are network charges and will I be charged?
Network charges are the data charges that your mobile operator may or may not be charging you for using WAP.
On the 3 network, Flirtomatic is FREE to browse.
The remaining networks will charge you for data. You need to check with them to see how much you will be charged. Speak to them to see whether you can get an unlimited data package.
How long will I be registered to the service?
You are registered until you decide to cancel. Let us know by email and we'll remove you from the system. If you're signed up to a mobile contract (for a week or month), your registration will last as long as that contract is valid.
Do you hold any of my personal details?
Flirtomatic will know your mobile number or your email address (however you signed up) or your credit card or debit card details (if you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card). We keep these details nice and safe and do not pass them on to anyone else.
Does anyone check what I say on Flirtomatic?
Sort of. We do filter some information for everyone's safety, and we keep a discreet eye on what you are up to - just to see that it's all good clean(ish) fun.
That means that we check photos before they are published. We also check content from time to time, especially if we get complaints about abusive behaviour. Flirtomatic reserves the right to define what is antisocial behaviour on the service at any time, and to act accordingly to keep everything friendly and safe.
If I am concerned about unacceptable behaviour on Flirtomatic, what should I do?
Contact our customer service team, who are always on hand to help you with any aspect of the Flirtomatic service. You can email them, or call Flirtomatic.
You can report abuse about a person within the service. You'll need to block them first and then click on the 'report abuse' link. Make sure you're reporting abuse about the right person and give us all the gory details of what they've been up to.

What happens if a user breaks the rules?
In certain situations, users may be issued with a formal warning from 1-877-531-9876~(toll~free). Further details can be found in our terms and conditions If a user continues to abuse 1-877-531-9876~(toll~free) after a formal warning, they will be barred permanently.
If I am barred from Flirtomatic, will I be allowed back?
It depends. If you are barred because you are underage, you will be allowed back when you turn 18.
If you are barred for being abusive, you will not. 1-877-531-9876~(toll~free) is a friendly, fun service, and we expect our users to behave in a friendly and fun manner. Flirtomatic's decision is final in all cases, and is not connected with your mobile phone operator or network in any way.
What happens if I block someone, or get blocked?
If you decide to block another 1-877-531-9876~(toll~free) user, they will be notified of your decision and given one last chance to plead forgiveness. You can then choose to block them or not - it's totally your call. If another user wants to block you, of course, you'll always get the chance to say sorry too.
How do I cancel compatible with Flirtomatic?
You don't need to cancel Flirtomatic. You can come and go as you wish and your account will always be there (unless you come back after an obscene length of time and we've done some spring cleaning of our databases).

Is my phone compatible with Flirtomatic?
Flirt Mobile is compatible with (in no particular order):
* Vodafone
* O2
* Orange
* T-Mobile
* 3
* Virgin
We know that we are not compatible with the Fresh network and possibly others that do not allow WAP / 3G access.
Is my phone compatible with Flirtomatic?
Most current phones will access 1-877-531-9876~(toll~free) easily. If your phone has a colour screen and a WAP browser, then we're pretty sure you can slip off into the world of flirty fun, no trouble.
But then again, 1-877-531-9876~(toll~free) likes to be straight with you about these matters: the fact is, there are so many new phones coming out all the time that we just can't offer you a total guarantee of compatibility with all of them. Occasionally network restrictions might apply as well.
What we can promise, though, is that if your phone has any problems displaying Flirtomatic, please please please send us the details in an emailand we'll gladly try to sort it out.
Can I use WAP (the mobile internet) on my phone?
The first thing to check is that you are set up to use data services. This sometimes needs to be switched on by your network operator - please call the customer service number for your network
You should be using a GPRS or 3G connection to access 1-877-531-9876~(toll~free) Mobile. Again, it's basically a matter of making sure that you have the correct settings for your handset and your network. listed below
On the Fresh network? Customers from the Fresh network cannot use 1-877-531-9876~(toll~free) at the moment. This is because the Fresh network does not offer GPRS connectivity. We have been told that they plan to upgrade their network in the future, but obviously that's all a bit out of our hands.

How do I clear my cache?
From time to time we make changes that won't appear accurately on your computer unless you clear your cache.
To do this you'll need to:
On Firefox on PC - go to Tools, Options. You'll see a button that says 'Clear cache now'. Press this and you'll clear your cache.
For Internet Explorer on PC - go to Tools, Internet Options. On the tab that says 'General', press the button that says 'Delete files' under the section named 'Temporary Internet Files'
For Firefox on Mac - go to Firefox, Preferences. You'll see a button that says 'Clear cache now'. Press this and your cache will clear.
